The aim of the Company is to provide you with the best possible service. However, if for any reason the product is initially defective or shows any damage, we take full responsibility for a replacement or refund. If you want a replacement but the specific product is not available in the Company’s warehouse, you will be refunded the amount of money you paid. The return time frame in this case is fourteen (14) calendar days from the day the product was delivered to you. In this case, the return is made through the cooperating courier company with our own return costs.
In case you wish to return the products even if there is no defect in them, you have the right to return all or part of your order. The timeframe for this return is seven (7) calendar days from the day the product was delivered to you. In this case, the return is made through the cooperating courier company at your own expense.
For reasons of hygiene, perfumes and cosmetics cannot be returned. For clothing, the first change is free, while each subsequent change is subject to a shipping charge.
In case of an order outside of Greece, the costs of transport and reshipment are borne exclusively by the customer.
The new order must be of equal or greater value than the one it replaces.
The transport costs, the cash on delivery costs as well as the difference that will arise from the new order are borne exclusively by the customer.
It is specified that the products returned must not be used, worn, washed, modified or damaged.
Any return request must be preceded by a telephone call to 2294093131 or send us a relevant e-mail with your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you wish to cancel the order during the online order process, you can press “cancel” and the order process will be stopped automatically.
If you wish to cancel your order after the completion of the order and the Company’s confirmation response, you can do so by sending an email to the Company’s email address email@example.com. If the order has not left us, it is automatically canceled and the amount paid is returned to you.
