APPLICATION: apply the eyeshadow with Nee Professional Eye
Brushes. For a more intense effect, lightly wet your brush
before touching it to the eyeshadow. You can create a
metallic finish with Nee brush “Flat Definer Brush No 99”.
The lighter shades give sparkle to the eyes, while the
darker shades are a perfect base for smokey eyes.
